RETURN & REFUND POLICY


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To be eligible for any return or refund, you must submit a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of your order.

The unboxing video must:
- Start before the package is opened. The sealed package must be visible at the beginning of the video.
- Clearly show the package, all contents, and any damage or issue at the time of unboxing.
- Be continuous and unedited with no cuts or pauses.
- Be sent to hello@giftingisle.in along with your return request.

No refund or return will be processed if the unboxing video is not submitted. This applies without exception.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item is in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- A valid unboxing video has been submitted to hello@giftingisle.in.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@giftingisle.in with the following:
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue or reason for return.
- Your unboxing video (returns cannot be processed without it).

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Even for damaged or wrong items, a valid unboxing video is required. Please send it along with your complaint to hello@giftingisle.in.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders or engraved items).
- Personal care or beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or discounted products.
- Gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once the return is accepted) and place a new separate order for the replacement.


EUROPEAN UNION: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The unboxing video requirement applies to all EU returns as well. Please submit your video to hello@giftingisle.in when initiating your return.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@giftingisle.in.
