ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods, sales, or public holidays.


SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the courier partner.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 4–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping on select products, promotions, or order values.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

Gifting Isle is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we may contact you for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
